Iskander
Iskander
was not supposed to stay with us. We would only keep a girl from our I-litter,
but as we could not find any good 'servants' for Iskander and he's the
sweetest thing (sits on Geneviève lap all the time) we decided to keep him
Iskander
is a good combination of his father Devano and his mother Chenoa. He's
good of type and has the cobby britbuild. He's also very heavy for a
silver tabby kitten. We weigh him regularly and at 8 months he weighed
4 kilos (his father never weighed above 3 kilos, but was and always
stayed a small boy :-) ).
Iskander
was neutered on november 15 2007. At that time we had four whole males in
our home. Iskander isn't a dominant male, but as you have three other
testosteron driven males walking around, you can better prevent any argueing.
Iskander loves sitting on laps, so we he will be doing the same as a neuter
for the rest of his life.
Health
Iskander's
both parents have been tested on HCM. And were also tested negative for PKD.

didn't have any girls for Iskander ourselves, so he was open for stud service
selectively for girls who have been tested on HCM/PKD/Felv and Fiv.
Here
you can see an overview of his offspring. Through them we found out that he
not only carries the gene for golden, but also for dilution and longhair!
